You can download a copy by clicking here.The file is for an A5 double sided booklet printed on A4 landscape paper. As all printers differ in the way they handle such files the best way to handle it is to print all the pages single sided first and then photocopy them double sided afterwards. Or simply send me an email and I'll send you a hard copy!
